As per hotel policies, the standard check-in time is at 15:00 and the check-out time is at 12:00. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found on your email confirmation or on the hotel information page.

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The maximum capacity of your room is stated in the Booking confirmation. Extra charges will be applied for additional people. To modify the number of guests, please make a change through the link on your booking confirmation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation.

After completing the booking and sending us your booking details, you will get an automatic e-mail containing your confirmation number. The Booking confirmation serves as a voucher for your stay. Therefore, please do not forget to print it out and bring it with you as it contains all the important details for the check-in process.

Your credit card details are required by hotels in most cases as a guarantee for your reservation in case of late cancellation or "no-show". The hotels have the right to pre-authorise your credit card. Therefore, please ensure that your credit card is valid. Please note that if you book a non-refundable rate, there are special conditions applied and your credit card will be charged in advance. Please acknowledge the payment and cancellation policies of each room rate before proceeding with the reservation.

The possibility of changing or cancelling the reservation depends on the terms and conditions. Please click on the "MODIFY/CANCEL" button on the Booking confirmation to modify or cancel your reservation.

The cancellation policy can vary depending on the room rates and period of stay. Please acknowledge the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Generally, your reservation can be cancelled or changed according to the information on your Booking confirmation. However, there are some exceptions - for example, "non-refundable" or "special conditions" room rates are non-cancellable.

Please contact the hotel directly as all the cancellation fees are debited directly by the hotel. Refunds can be made only through the hotel.

Bed & Breakfast guests are entitled to buffet breakfast at Mirasol Restaurant.

Half Board guests are entitled to buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, excluding beverages at Mirasol Restaurant.

Half Board Plus guests are entitled to buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, including house wine and beer, juices, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea at Mirasol Restaurant. Osteria Tropea, Byblos Lebanese Restaurant, Hola Beach Club, Veduta Bar, Kairaba Pool Bar, The Lobby Lounge Bar, The Lookout Bar, Comino Sunset Bar, The Café and Room Service are not included.

Full Board guests are entitled to buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner, excluding beverages at Mirasol Restaurant. In case Mirasol Restaurant is closed, meals will be served in Osteria Tropea. Osteria Tropea, Byblos Lebanese Restaurant, Hola Beach Club, Veduta Bar, Kairaba Pool Bar, The Lobby Lounge Bar, The Lookout Bar, Comino Sunset Bar, The Café and Room Service are not included.

Full Board Plus guests are entitled to buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner at Mirasol Restaurant. In case Mirasol Restaurant is closed, meals will be served in Osteria Tropea. Lunch and dinner include house wine and beer, juices, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Osteria Tropea, Byblos Lebanese Restaurant, Hola Beach Club, Veduta Bar, Kairaba Pool Bar, The Lobby Lounge Bar, The Lookout Bar, Comino Sunset Bar, The Café and Room Service are not included.

All-Inclusive guests are entitled to buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at Mirasol Restaurant. In case Mirasol Restaurant is closed, meals will be served in Osteria Tropea. Lunch and dinner include house wine and beer, juices, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Selected brands and cocktails served in The Lobby Lounge Bar, The Lookout Bar, Comino Sunset Bar and The Café are included from 07:00 to 23:00 hrs. Snacks are served from 11:00 to 17:00 hrs at the The Lookout Bar during summer (limited menu and weather permitting) or at Comino Sunset Bar (limited menu). Osteria Tropea, Byblos Lebanese Restaurant, Hola Beach Club, Veduta Bar, Lobby Lounge Bar, The Lookout Bar, Comino Sunset Bar and Room Service are not included.

Kids under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Fitness Centre and in the Spa & Wellness Area. Kids under the age of 16 are allowed in the indoor pool between 11:00 and 17:00 hrs only and must be accompanied by adults at all times.
